Anti-Drivers
Working in tandem with Drivers, Anti-Drivers aid flawless pushing or gushing out high speed yarn running between its mating V-groove annular profile of its Driver. Premium quality, precision machined bushes made from sintered powder metallurgy process, and high performance plastics are inserted inside the Anti-Drivers to ensure smooth high-speed churning out of yarn, within controlled run-out pre-set limits of the Chenille Machine, in operation.
Bush alloy metallurgy and mechanical properties, precision machined to linear and radial dimensional accuracy across entire length of the bush results in desired interference fit, and easy fitment into pre-machined bore diameters of Anti-Drives that operate in-conjunction with designated Drivers.
Advantages of such Anti-Drives with Inserted Bushing include:
- Smaller Size Anti-Drivers, requiring less space for fitment, compact assemblies
- Smooth running at high rotational speeds due to lower coefficient of friction (less yarn drag)

- Low wear rate leads to less frequent replacement of Drive -Anti-Driver Set as well as yarn cross-section wear or thinning
- Higher productivity and yarn throughput results in operational cost efficiencies
- Wear-corrosion and abrasion resistant material leads to longer life
