Yarns made on Chennile Machined require power transmission from longitudinal axis (motor driver) to transverse axis (shaft driven) which is accomplished by Bevel Gear system. We offer specially made Klingerberg type Bevel Gear and Pinion to achieve minimum deflection and interplay between the gearing components during operation.
Crown and Pinions are precision machined and gear cut on gear hobbing machine to appropriate gear nomenclature specification in alloys which can be vacuum heat-treated to achieve high hardness HRC 60-66 assuring lower wear-abrasion and longer life. Our crown and pinion sets are in combination precision teeth grinded to tolerances as close as 5 microns, to deliver smooth, noiseless and appreciable contact ratios of mating teeth during running at high speed Chennile Machined operations.
