It enables us delivering quality, cost effective and high repetitive close tolerance manufactured products from-mold dies, jigs, fixtures and clip/ press tools in alloy metallurgies that deliver high product output with single tool settings, lower die-maintenance/ refurbishment, controlled rejection rates, reduced piece re-work/ secondary processing.

Upon value analysis, it reveals that “Quality tooling” results in lower-life cycle, is more economical in the longer run in-spite of its high initial cost that offsets with value delivered in timely delivery of products to the client and solutions to the end customers in the market(s).
